Parent Weekend 2009
October 23rd-25th
Welcome all parents! The team is excited to welcome you to Walla Walla (did you bring cookies?). We encourage you to join us for some road riding during your visit. Its a great way to catch some rays and get an understanding of what everyone has been talking about....just how awesome the wheat fields are for riding! The vets will be sure to keep the pace leisurely while the freshman bounce around with the usual excitement.
We will finish each ride off with a trip to the local coffee shop, a total riding time or 60-90 minutes. Don't worry about staying with the group as we all ride as a unit and all come home together.
If you need a bike for the rides, our local shop sponsor Allegro Cyclery, has high-quality, well-priced road bike rentals to get you on your way. We will meet in front of Reid Campus Center.
